Dog Left In Hot Car Wednesday At Beachwood Mall
The dog's owner was arrested for animal cruelty, according to police records.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Police arrested a woman shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue on Wednesday for cruelty to animals. The woman left her dog in her car, in the parking lot, with the windows rolled up, for 25 minutes, according to police records.
Temperatures got into the high 80s on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. The woman was arrested for animal cruelty, police said. There's no indication that the dog was killed or injured gravely by the incident.

Suspicion, May 28 — Someone booked a flight from California to Nevada in a Beachwood resident and her husband's name. They did not book the flight themselves.
License Suspension, May 29 — At about 1:20 in the morning on Tuesday, police stopped a car on Richmond Road, near Cedar Road, for a license plate display violation. The driver had a suspended license and was arrested. The car was towed from the scene.

Warrant Served, May 29 — Police took custody of a man at Cuyahoga County Jail that was wanted on a Shaker Heights Municipal Court warrant.

Warrant Served, May 29 —A disabled car on Geo Zeiger Drive brought two people to the attention of police. One man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Warrensville Heights. Another man was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Fictitious License Plates, May 30 — Police stopped a car on Chagrin Boulevard for driving with fake license plates. The driver's real license plates were expired. The car was towed and and the driver was cited for their offenses.
Found Property, May 31 — An Ohio driver's license was found at Beachwood Place Mall on Thursday.
