Eton Chagrin Boulevard In Top 10 Best U.S. Retail Experiences

WOODMERE, OH — Eton Chagrin Boulevard, the Woodmere-based shopping complex, has been named one of the "Top 10 Retail Center Experiences in America" by Chain Store Age magazine. Eton Chagrin came in at No. 8 on the list.

Bob Stark, of Stark Enterprises, purchased Eton Chagrin Boulevard in 2004 and transformed it from a small indoor mall to a luxury, multi-use "lifestyle" center. He called it "Cleveland's answer to Rodeo Drive."

“The main vision of Eton Chagrin Boulevard was to create a luxurious marketplace where top brands, local boutiques, and exceptional dining all came together in one beautiful location,” said Stark. “After 15 years, we are proud to say we have succeeded in still providing the area this, as well as a place to experience pure enjoyment from strolling through our award-winning gardens, attending one of our lively events, or dining on one of the beautiful restaurant patios while listening to live music.”

Over the past 12 months, three tenants at Eton Chagrin Boulevard have undergone, or are undergoing, significant renovations. Paladar Latin Kitchen introduced its new dining space and menu this past winter, the Apple Store installed new interactive store visuals and technologies in the spring, and lululemon Athletica is currently undergoing a complete store remodel and is slated to open in August.
