Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) and the City of Beachwood will be hosting a Rain Barrel Workshop with the Friends of Euclid Creek on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011.
Put together a rain barrel at the workshop from 6:30pm-8:00pm (cost is $60) at the Beachwood Community Center.
A rain barrel is a container used to collect and store rainwater that would otherwise be lost to runoff and likely diverted to a storm drain. Collected water may then be used to water lawns and gardens.
