Fitness Revolution Smoothie 101 Workshop

What do you do when you have 15 minutes to walk out the door and you just woke up? Many of us have been forced to get ready in 10 minutes, but what about eating? You know it’s important to eat when you wake up, but you’re out of time. Guess what? I want to share what we do on those crazy busy days that seem to happen too often.

Allow me to introduce “A Smooth Way to Eat- Smoothie 101”.

Fitting great nutrition into a morning shake, or anytime for that matter, is easier than you think. In fact there is a way to get Protein, Produce, and Water in a shake that tastes great and can be put together in a few minutes.

On Thursday, February 9th at 7pm at our Fitness Revolution Beachwood facility, we’ll mix and stir and make over 20 smoothie recipes for you to sample and enjoy. This hands-on workshop includes a recipe book of the 20 recipes we will be sampling. We will also be raffling off a months worth of protein powder and shaker bottle.

This workshop is open to the public, so feel free to invite friends and family!
