This is a chance to cook with the executive chef of UH Ahuja Medical Center, John Selick. This interactive cooking class includes dinner and will allow participants the opportunity to ask questions of the chef as well as receive recipes that can be prepared at home. On the menu will be steelcut oatmeal with yogurt and berry compote; whole wheat buttermilk pancakes with mixed berry syrup; and black bean, spinach, goat cheese frittata with roast tomato relish. The cost is $25 per person due at time of registration.
