Join instructor Foodgazi in the Beachwood High School Home Ec room for a special "un-cooking" class. This class is strictly for those who want to join the raw food revolution.
For a small fee, you will learn how to prepare the raw food dishes you've heard about. Get your hands dirty while you learn, taste the sample dishes and learn delicious recipes.
In addition to class fee, please bring $12 for food supplies.
