BEACHWOOD, OH - The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is offering Jewish residents of Greater Cleveland, between the ages of 22 and 26, a rare and electric trip. The Birthright Israel, a free 10-day trip to Israel, could be theirs.

The trip will take place from June 18 to June 28, 2017. The deadline to register for the event is March 29. According to a statement from Amanda Kravitz, a former participant in the program, "Birthright has been an absolutely amazing eye-opening experience. From riding camels in the Negev desert, to hearing personal experiences from our new Israeli friends, to being challenged in a variety of workshops about Judaism, I could not imagine a more fulfilling trip.”

Participants will also get to visit tourist sites throughout Israel. There is also a VIP visit to Beit Shean, Cleveland's sister city in Israel. While visiting Beit Shean, participants will enjoy a feast of ethnic foods from "Cooks of the Region."
