Free Yoga, Tai Chi In Beachwood On Weekends In July
Classes are free and open to the public. Why not give it a try?

BEACHWOOD, OH — During the month of July, there will be free yoga and Tai Chi classes offered in Beachwood. The classes are open to the public and will be held in the pavilion in Beachwood City Park West.
Yoga sessions will be held on Saturdays in July from 11 a.m. to noon. Attendees will learn to meditate and try gentle poses to create balance. Classes are taught by Julie Konrad of Luna Presence Yoga. Participants should bring a chair, mat, or towel.
Tai Chi classes will be on Sundays in July from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Those sessions will be led by Jennifer Stepien, the city of Beachwood said in a post on Facebook. No registration is necessary, just show up and take part, while learning how to relax and breathe.

The classes will happen regardless of weather and are perfect for all ages. Beachwood City Park West is west of Richmond Road at Shaker Boulevard.
The free yoga and Tai Chi classes are brought to the public by the city of Beachwood, the Beachwood Historical Society and Cuyahoga Arts and Culture.
