Great Escape: Parade the Circle

22nd annual event features parade, live music, food

Celebrate summer with a trip to Wade Oval, where you can see puppets, stilt walkers, floats and costumes at an art parade Saturday at the Parade the Circle festival.

University Circle's museums, the Botanical Garden and other vendors will serve up games and  activities — like making a Japanese carp kite or jewelry or decorating Frisbees or bags — and food at the festival.

The festival opens at 11 a.m. and the parade begins at noon. Admission is free. Get more information, including a complete list of vendors and activities, here.
