Hallucinogens, Not Quite Stolen Cars In Beachwood
A suicidal man was rushed to a local hospital by police. Officers found the man was in possession of some harmful intoxicants.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Beachwood Police helped rush a suicidal man to Ahuja Medical Center for treatment on Tuesday. The man was found to in possession of both a harmful intoxicant and controlled substance and has been charged with possession of a hallucinogen.
Officers discovered the man had also taken a friend's car without permission. However, the friend declined to pursue charges.
Meanwhile, officers had a more typical holiday season on Monday, dealing with stolen packages and shoplifting incidents. Check out these three incidents from early in the week.

Shoplifting, Dec. 18 — A woman was arrested for shoplifting $273 of merchandise from Dillard's, 26500 Cedar Rd.
Theft from Building, Dec. 18 — Tis the season. Someone stole a package meant for a man at the East Haven Apartment Building. The contents of the package were valued at $241.
