Hello Bistro To Open In Beachwood; Hiring 45 Employees

A hiring fair will be held April 22 and April 23 at the new location.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Hello Bistro is bringing its burgers and ginormous salad bar offerings to Beachwood in mid-May. Before the restaurant opens to the public though, it needs to hire a staff. A big staff.

The restaurant is looking to hire approximately 45 people to man its grill, work guest service, utility and shift supervisors and something called salad sherpas (their words). To fill its roster of employees out, the restaurant is holding a pair of job-hiring fairs.

On April 22 and April 23, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., during which prospective Hello Bistro workers can stop-in and apply. If someone can't make it to the hiring fairs, they can apply for a position online at www.smile.jobs.

“Clevelanders are going to love Hello Bistro because it’s an entirely new way of dining,” explains Kevin O’Connell, chief marketing officer, Hello Bistro. “Guests will have the opportunity to create a different experience every time they visit. If it’s a day to be health conscious, we have kale and avocado for that; if it’s a day to loosen the belt buckle, we have fresh-cut French fries and juicy burgers.
