Japanese Fusion Restaurant Goma Coming To Pinecrest

ORANGE, OH — A James Beard Award-nominated chef is bringing a new restaurant to the Pinecrest development.

Dante Boccuzzi is opening a Japanese fusion concept called Goma at the complex. The restaurant promises to feature an extensive selection of sushi rolls and shareable plates, along with a large sake menu and sake-infused cocktails.

“Goma will be a modern Japanese, energetic, engaging experience,” said Boccuzzi. “This will be represented within the cuisine, the décor and the service. I am very excited to launch my new sushi concept at Pinecrest.”

Boccuzzi has opened several popular Northeast Ohio eateries including DANTE, Ginko, Dante Next Dor, Dante's Inferno and DBA. His new menu will draw on his award-winning career, he said, and his experience working as executive chef in Nobu/Milan at the Armani flagship.

Goma is expected to open this summer. The restaurant will have lunch and dinner hours each day.
