Maltz Museum Collecting Canned Goods Christmas Day

Guests can cover admission to the museum using a canned good, or they can pay what they can.

BEACHWOOD, OH — The Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage will be open on Christmas Day. The institution will run a "Give What You Can, Pay What You Can" promotion on the holiday.

From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests can bring a canned good donation or pay what they can for admission to the museum. The canned goods will be donated to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and the Semach Sedek R.I.A.S. Kosher Food Bank & Pantry.

Visitors to the museum on Christmas can see the newest Maltz exhibit "Israel: Then & Now" and see treasures from The Temple-Tifereth Israel Gallery. Guests can also see "An American Story" which details the Jewish immigrant experience.
