This class series is offered by the Connor Integrative Medicine Network
at University Hospitals. The practice of mindfulness is a way of paying
attention in the present moment, without judgment, and has proven to be
so effective that large corporations like Google, General Mills, and
Aetna offer programming for their employees. Thirty years of research
has shown that practicing mindfulness can reduce stress, decrease
anxiety, reduce blood pressure, improve attention and minimize pain
sensitivity. Cost is $250 for the 8-week program and includes a CD and
journal/workbook. Call 216.767.8435 to register.
