New Restaurant Opens In Beachwood

Hello Bistro is bringing its salads and burgers to the Cleveland-area for the first time.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Hello Bistro, a fast-casual restaurant specializing in salads and grilled-to-order burgers, will open its first Cleveland-area location on May 16. The restaurant will be located at Beachwood Place, 2101 Richmond Road.

“We are extremely excited to introduce Hello Bistro to the Cleveland market,” says Kevin O’Connell, chief marketing officer, Eat’n Park Restaurants. “Hello Bistro is where healthy and indulgence come together in a fast-casual dining experience that has something for everyone. Guests will have the opportunity to create a different experience every time they visit.”

Hello Bistro will name a specialty salad after its new city, the Hello, Cleveland Salad. That item will be available at the Beachwood site for a limited time.

The restaurant is also teaming up with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank for a program called #GiveSomeGreen. The campaign is Hello Bistro's unique way of giving back to the community.

Anytime a designated #GiveSomeGreen menu item is ordered at the Beachwood location, the restaurant will donate one pound of produce to the local food bank. The #GiveSomeGreen designated items will change throughout the year.
