Obscenity Screaming Woman Arrested In Beachwood

The woman refused to stop yelling obscenities at Beachwood Place Mall and got herself arrested.

BEACHWOOD, OH - Police arrested a woman shouting obscenities at Beachwood Place Mall over the weekend. Read on for more information on that incident and others from the weekend.

Driving Under Suspension, April 21 - An adult woman was stopped by police after she failed to stop at a red light. The woman was driving with a suspended license and had an active arrest warrant out with Macedonia Police and was taken into custody.

Private Property Accident, April 21 - A man slipped and fell at True North Shell Gas Station, 26100 Chagrin Boulevard. The man hit his head and there was an oil like substance found on the ground.

Expired Plates, April 21 - Police stopped a vehicle for driving with expired license plates on Richmond Road. Marijuana was found in the vehicle and the vehicle was towed. The driver was cited for both offenses.

Damaged Property, April 21 - Be careful with your U-Haul's folks. A resident of the Hamptons, 27020 Cedar Road, drove a moving truck into an overhang sign leading to a parking garage upper deck. The damage to the sign is estimated at $5,000 and the damage to the U-Haul is estimated at $1,500.

Improper License Plates, April 21 - A driver got creative with their license plates on Friday. Police found the motorist had place homemade license plates on the front and rear of the vehicle. The motorist was cited for fictitious plates and the vehicle was towed.

Animals at Large, April 22 - Two dogs approached a woman walking Annesley Road on Saturday. The two pooches were barking at the woman while she walked. An officer spoke to the owner of the dog.

Disorderly Conduct, April 22 - Don't swear in public, folks. An adult woman at Beachwood Place Mall was told by a Deputy Sheriff to stop screaming obscenities while at the mall. The woman refused, kept screaming the cuss words, and the Sheriff arrested the woman.

Endangering Child, April 23 - Beachwood Place Mall Security found a 4-year-old child alone in a vehicle in the parking lot. The owner of the vehicle was located in the mall and she claimed to not know that her daughter was in the car. She said the girl must have hidden in the vehicle. The city prosecutor is going review the case to determine if charges should be filed.
