Overdosing Man Found At Beachwood Gas Station
Callers reported seeing a couple shoot up at a local gas station. When police arrived, the man was overdosing.

BEACHWOOD, OH — On Sunday, police rushed an overdosing man to a local hospital. They arrested his female partner for providing him with drugs and helping him shoot up. Read on for more information on that story and other incidents from the weekend.

Suspicion, June 23 - Police were called to Citizens Bank, 3401 Richmond Rd., for reports of fraudulent checks. After an investigation, two adult males were arrested and brought back to Beachwood Jail.

Shoplifting, June 23 - An adult male was arrested for shoplifting merchandise from Dillard's, 26500 Cedar Rd. The merchandise was worth $135.
Shoplifting, June 23 - Staff at Dillard's were busy busting shoplifters on Friday. Another adult man was caught trying to make off with $99.50 of merchandise. He was busted and arrested.

Criminal Damaging, June 23 - Someone damaged the Chik-fil-A trailer that was parked in the Beachwood Place Mall garage, 26300 Cedar Rd.
Suspicion, June 24 - Crestmont Cadillac, 26000 Chagrin Blvd., reported one of its rental vehicles missing. The car was later recovered, police say.
Narcotic Equipment Possession, June 24 - An adult woman got caught trying to shoplift merchandise from Sephora at Beachwood Place Mall. After being confronted by police, it was discovered the woman had several active warrants for her arrest and was in possession of drug abuse instruments.
Theft of Motor Vehicle, June 24 - A car was stolen from the parking lot of Hamptons Building 3, 27060 Cedar Rd.
Criminal Mischief, June 25 - An inmate at Beachwood Jail tampered with a toilet in the building, causing it to flood.
Corrupting Another With Drugs, June 25 - Callers reported seeing two people parked in a car injecting drugs into their bodies. The vehicle in question was located at the True North Shell gas station, 26100 Chagrin Blvd. Two people, a man and a woman were inside the car. The male was rushed to a hospital because he was overdosing. The woman was arrested for providing drugs to the man, for operating a car while intoxicated, and possession of narcotics equipment. Police also located fraudulent checks in the car.
