Beachwood officers were called to Warn's home, in the 2400 block of Brentwood, at about 6 p.m. on Thursday evening. Police were asked to conduct a welfare check on Warn — meaning someone asked police to make sure the 59-year-old was OK.

Officers arrived and got into his home. They found Warn inside, dead.

There was no sign of forced entry at the house, but "foul play" is suspected, Haba said on Friday.

Additional details on Warn's death and the subsequent investigation are forthcoming, Haba assured the community. The Bureau of Criminal Investigations and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office are assisting in the investigation.

The 911 call to police can be heard below. Police say parts of the call have been redacted to preserve the investigation.
