Shoplifters Plague Beachwood Place Mall Again: Beachwood Police Blotter
Several incidents plagued the mall's stores on Thursday and Friday.

Shoplifting, Oct. 13 - Loss prevention officers at Saks Fifth Avenue, 26100 Cedar Road, reported a large theft of jeans from the store. Someone made off worth $1,125.
Shoplifting, Oct. 14 - An adult woman was arrested for shoplifting from Sephora at Beachwood Place Mall, 26300 Cedar Road. The woman tried to steal ultrashine gloss, lip plumper and a DVD. The total value of the stolen items was $28.

Shoplifting, Oct. 14 - A man was arrested for shoplifting a skull cap from H&M from Beachwood Place Mall. The cap was worth $9.99. The man also had an active warrant from North Olmsted police.
Shoplifting, Oct. 14 - It was a busy Friday at Beachwood Place Mall. Another man was arrested for shoplifting from H&M from the mall. The man was trying to steal a belt worth $24.99.

Marijuana Possession, Oct. 14 - Officers stopped a man for running a red light on Harvard Road. They then found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Theft, Oct. 14 - An employee of the Verizon Wireless Center, 24315 Chagrin Boulevard, was arrested for stealing from the store's night deposit. The man allegedly took $10.
