Simple Solutions Opens New Beachwood Office

BEACHWOOD, OH — Simple Solutions' success had become a small problem. Every time the publisher of educational supplements started to get comfortable in a building, they would outgrow it. It's what happened in Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, and then Beachwood.

The company had no desire to leave Beachwood though. Nancy Tondy, the Simple Solutions product development manager, said employees loved the drive into work, they loved how vibrant the business community was, they loved all the places to eat and shop. So, the team started looking for new homes in Beachwood.

The company's management team looked at possible new offices in other cities, but there was a common desire to stay in Beachwood. When the team found the High Point building, it was love at first sight. There was enough room to house Simple Solutions and BIP Press, both of which were started by Nancy McGraw.

Simple Solutions signed the lease and decided to stay in Beachwood. On April 27, 2017 Mayor Merle S. Gorden appeared at a ribbon cutting for the new building. Beachwood City Council and Gorden also declared April 27, 2017 "Simple Solutions Day" in Beachwood.

"When we had our ribbon cutting we met some really great people, the businesses in Beachwood are so welcoming," Tondy told Patch. "The mayor gave a beautiful speech. He was so welcoming. He made us feel so happy that day."

And if you're wondering about the pooch in the photograph, Tondy said that's Kiely. She's at the office just about every day.
