Suspected Heroin User Passes Out In Beachwood Office
The woman was found passed out in a bathroom in an office on Enterprise Parkway.

BEACHWOOD, OH - The heroin epidemic has touched every corner of Northeast Ohio, including affluent suburbs like Beachwood. Police were called to a local company's office this week because a woman had passed out in a bathroom while doing, what police believe was, heroin. Read on for more information.
Marijuana Possession, April 3 - Management at the Village Community Association, 26000 Village Pl., reported were possibly smoking marijuana near the lake at the Village. Police arrived and cited one man for possession and released three juveniles.
License Suspension, April 3 - Police stopped a man for driving without brake lights near Belvoir Boulevard. The man was driving with a suspended license and was arrested.

Disturbance, April 4 - Commerce Park 4, 23240 Chagrin Blvd., got loud on Tuesday. So loud that two business managers from neighboring businesses got into a loud argument over the decibel level. Police resolved the situation peacefully.
License Suspension, April 4 - Police stopped a man for running a stop sign near Halburton Road. The man had a suspended license and was arrested.

Larceny, April 4 - A Beachwood resident came to the police department and reported that a necklace and camera (worth $1,009) were stolen between April 1 and April 4. The exact location of the theft is unknown.
Fraud, April 5 - Property Management Pros reported that one of the properties it manages had been involved in a fraud scam of some kind. The company said it had lost $6,424 due to the incident.
Drug Abuse, April 5 - A woman was found passed out in the bathroom of DDR, 3300 Enterprise. The woman was assessed by the Beachwood Rescue Squad, but she refused transport to the hospital. She was found to be in possession of what police believe is heroin and drug abuse instruments.
OVI, April 5 - Police stopped a man for running a red light near Fairmount Boulevard. The man was believed to be under the influence of alcohol and later blew a .121 during a breath test.
Theft from Yard, April 6 - Two packages were stolen from a resident's front porch. The value of the combined packages is $164.80.
Theft, April 6 - Someone stole a woman's wallet while she shopped at Beachwood Mall. The wallet had $1,000 in cash and a credit card.
Larceny, April 6 - Another trash can stolen from a resident. This time a resident reported their recycling bin was stolen from in-front of their house.
