Thief Steals $6,500 Ring From Beachwood Jeweler

Missing Person, July 14 — Beachwood Police were called to the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center for reports of a missing 14-year-old boy. Officers were able to locate the boy, who was safe.
Grand Theft, Shoplifting, July 14 — A $6,449.99 ring was stolen from Kay Jewelers, 26300 Cedar Rd.
Warrant Served, July 15 — A man was arrested in Cleveland and Beachwood Police took custody of the suspect because he is wanted on a Shaker Heights Municipal Court warrant.
Criminal Mischief, July 15 — Police arrested a man for setting off stink bombs at Beachwood Place Mall.
Shoplifting, July 15 — A man and a juvenile were arrested for shoplifting from Dillard's. The duo were attempting to get away with $230 of merchandise. The man was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
