Thieves Target Cars At Moxie In Beachwood
Police said the suspects only managed to break into one of the vehicles.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Three cars were targeted by thieves on Tuesday night. The vehicles were either broken into or showed signs of an attempted break-in. The cars were all parked at Moxie's Restaurant on Richmond Road, police said.
Only one of the cars had items stolen from it, police said. About $1,500 of property was taken.

Warrant Served, June 25 — Police stopped a car on Geo Zeiger Drive a little after midnight for driving without lights on. The driver had an active warrant with the Lyndhurst Police Department and was taken into custody. They were later turned over to officers from that department.
Damaged Property, June 25 — A moving truck hit both the entrance and exit gate at the Four Seasons on Geo Zeiger Drive. Police said no significant damage occurred.

Threat, June 26 — An Eaton employee's daughter allegedly threatened her with a gun. Police issued a warrant for the daughter's arrest.
Theft from Building, June 26 — A wallet was taken from one of the rooms at the East Park Condominiums.
Warrant Served, June 28 — A woman went to bail out a friend at the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office. Problem was, she had a warrant with Beachwood Police and was also arrested.
Theft from Building, June 28 — More than $1,000 in property was stolen from a Beachwood business.
