Two Drug Incidents This Week In Beachwood
Police stopped two people for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia this week.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Police made two drug stops this week, citing and arresting two people for separate offenses. Officers also took complaints from three people who claimed they had items stolen from them while at gyms in the area.

Vehicle Recovered, Feb. 19 — Police found a vehicle that had been reported as stolen on Monday. The car was parked at the Vue, 23220 Chagrin Blvd. The vehicle was turned over to Cleveland Police.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Feb. 20 — Beachwood cops stopped a car on Richmond Road for driving with expired license plates. The driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited.
Possession of Marijuana, Feb. 20 — A juvenile was arrested on Cedar Road for possession of marijuana.

Theft from Building, Feb. 21 — About $300 was stolen from a locker at the Jewish Community Center.
Theft from Building, Feb. 21 — Another customer at the Jewish Community Center came to the Beachwood Police Station to report that someone stole his wallet.
Theft from Building, Feb. 21 — A construction tool, worth $500, was stolen from Bally's Total Fitness.
Shoplifting, Feb. 21 — Police arrested a woman for shoplifting from stores at Beachwood Place Mall. The woman was found in possession of more than $158 of merchandise.
