Wanted Man Arrested In Beachwood
The man was caught after he was pulled over for driving with expired license plates.

BEACHWOOD, OH — The past weekend saw Beachwood Police grappling with a litany of shoplifters and other odds and ends complaints. Officers were able to arrest a man wanted in Shaker Heights on Sunday. The man was driving with expired license plates. He was also found with drugs in his possession.

License Suspension, Aug. 25 — Police stopped a woman on Richmond Road and arrested her for driving with a suspended license.

Shoplifting, Aug. 25 — Police arrested a man for shoplifting from Dillard's, 26500 Cedar Rd. The man was trying to leave the store with $184 of merchandise.
Juvenile Complaint, Aug. 25 — Officers were called to the parking lot of the Hamptons Building 4, 27050 Cedar Rd. Two juvenile boys were playing with airsoft guns in the parking lot. Police turned the boys over to their parents.

Suspicious Phone Calls, Aug. 25 — Someone has been calling people and posing as a member of Coven Goldman Associates.
Shoplifting, Aug. 25 — A man was arrested for shoplifting $98.50 of merchandise from Dillard's.
Disturbance, Aug. 26 — An argument between a couple got out of control on Saturday. Police were called to the scene, spoke to both members of the couple, and the man decided to leave voluntarily.
Shoplifting, Aug. 26 — Police arrested a man for shoplifting from Marshall's Department Store, 24065 Chagrin Blvd. The man attempted to get away with $93.96 of merchandise.
Possession of Marijuana, Aug. 27 — Officers on patrol stopped a car near Shaker Blvd. for driving with expired plates. The driver, an adult man, also had a suspended license and an active warrant for his arrest in Shaker Heights. Police took the man into custody and found marijuana in his possession.
