Weed, Open Container Found On Men In Beachwood Parking Lot
Police also arrested shoplifters, impaired drivers and are looking for a piece of jewelry worth $2,600.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Police had a busy weekend in Beachwood. Officers arrested two men that were found with marijuana and an open container of alcohol in the parking lot of Beachwood Place Mall. Police also dealt with shoplifters, impaired drivers, suspended licenses, and more.

Lost Property, July 20 — A woman reportedly lost a piece of jewelry worth more than $2,600.

OVI, July 20 — Police stopped a car on Cedar Road for multiple turn signal violations. The driver was arrested for being impaired.
Traffic Altercation, July 20 — While trying to leave Mitchell's Ice Cream's parking lot, a resident said their car was nearly hit by another vehicle. The driver of the other car reportedly shouted profanity at the resident and then drove off.

Open Container in a Public Place, July 20 — Two men were arrested in the parking lot of Beachwood Place Mall after police found both marijuana and an open container of alcohol in their possession. The men are also being charged for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shoplifting, July 21 — Officers arrested a girl at Dillard's for shoplifting. Her accomplice is missing, police said.
Trespassing, July 21 — A man was arrested for illegally visiting Beachwood Place Mall.
Receiving Stolen Property, July 21 — A woman was arrested for receiving stolen property at Beachwood Place Mall. The woman lied about her identity and also had a warrant for her arrest with Cuyahoga County.
Larceny, July 21 — A shopper at Beachwood Place Mall reported that their wallet was stolen while they were shopping at Nordstrom.
License Suspension, July 22 — At about 1 a.m. on Sunday, police stopped a car on Richmond Road with expired license plates. The driver also had a suspended license and was arrested.
