Youth Organization Announces Fundraising Event In University Circle
Effective Leadership Academy Announces 3rd Annual Alley Rally.

BEACHWOOD, OH - From Effective Leadership Academy: Effective Leadership Academy (ELA) is excited to announce its 3rd Annual Alley Rally fundraising event on November 4th, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Corner Alley- Uptown at University Circle. This event brings together over 200 ELA alumni, parents, and corporate partners for a fun night of bowling, buffet and refreshments. The event is an effort to raise scholarship dollars for the ELA Scholarship Fund, which provides leadership and life skills programming to students and school districts in need.
From past contributions, ELA’s presence in the community has strengthened, touching thousands of young people across Northeast Ohio. ELA, in its 9th year of operation, has served more than 17,000 students and partnered with 120 schools and community organizations. Last year’s Alley Rally event raised over $20,000 to support ELA participants.
At this year’s Alley Rally, ELA will honor its 2017 Education Partner of the Year, Mr. George Golden, Director of Closing the Achievement Gap (CTAG) for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. (Photos attached) He will join ELA’s 2016 Philanthropic Partner of the Year, Cecilia Render of the Nordson Foundation, as the non-profit heads into its 10 year anniversary in 2018.
Tickets to the event and sponsorship opportunities are now available. Becoming a 2017 Alley Rally sponsor can impact the lives of up to 25 students by providing them with financial assistance to attend ELA programming, as well as other benefits.The sponsorship deadline is October 13, 2017.
