There are a lot of ways to get involved around Brecksville this week.

- The Brecksville-Broadview Heights Board of Education meets at 5:30 p.m. tonight. There’s a lot on , but high school seniors may be excited to know that the official graduation list is set to be approved.
- There are just a few more sessions planned for the . The sessions are set for Wednesdays; call the center to see if there are any more open spots.
- Students entering 5th and 6th grade next year are invited to the Summer Helpers Orientation at the at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the library’s website, the 30-minute session will give students the chance to sign up to volunteer at the library this summer, leading the Summer Reading Game for other children.
- The library’s calendar also shows that the building is closed this Saturday and Sunday, as well as Monday of next week.
- There is a blood drive at from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. According to the American Red Cross website, donors will receive a free T-shirt.
