CVCC Seeks Distinguished Alumni for Award
Cuyahoga Valley Career Center (CVCC) is seeking candidates for its Distinguished Alumni Award for exemplary accomplishment in and contribution to industry, community and education. Nominations will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Friday, March 15th, 2013, and nomination forms can be obtained through the CVCC Principal’s office and on www.cvccworks.edu.
Those being honored share personal characteristics of leadership, progressive thinking, professionalism, integrity, commitment and courage. Their careers shall serve as models for CVCC’s students and other alumni.

Candidates for the CVCC Distinguished Alumni award shall meet the following criteria:
- Candidates shall have completed a one or two-year CVCC High School Program or an entire Adult Education workforce development program in 2003 or earlier
- Candidates shall have achieved outstanding career accomplishments and exhibit a high degree of commitment and service in a profession that is closely related to the training they received at CVCC.
CVCC serves eight public school districts in Cuyahoga and Summit Counties. It is conveniently located at 8001 Brecksville Road in Brecksville, one mile east of the I-77/Wallings Road exit (diagonally across from Wallings Road on Route 21).
