Ellen Simon Wins Francine M. Coury Scholarship

Ellen Simon of Garfield Heights, who works in the Medical Records Department at The Village at Marymount, was awarded the $2,500 Francine M. Coury Scholarship through the Educational Foundation of the Ohio Health Care Association.

The scholarship will enable Simon to continue her studies at Remington College – Cleveland West Campus to become a physical therapy assistant. Simon will receive the scholarship during the OHCA’s Scholarship Celebration Event, which will be held May 3 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus.Β 

Simon has worked at The Village at Marymount since November 2009. She plans to graduate with honors from Remington’s physical therapy assistant program
