Kraig Wasik, of Brecksville, is one of the first students to enroll in COMP-Northwest, a new medical college in Oregon, according to a press release. The college is the Oregon campus of the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, the medical college of Western University of Health Sciences.
Wasik is one of 107 students chosen from more than 2,000 applicants, according to the release. The school held a convocation and ceremony welcoming students to the field on July 30.
