Mead Joseph Alaimo, 79, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Brecksville, who grew a small shoe repair business into a major orthopedic and medical product supply company called Acor Orthopaedic, died Aug. 22.
He was the son of Jennie and Alfonso; father of Dianne Radigan, Greg and Jeff; grandfather of six; and brother of Mae LoParo, George and Flo Antol.
Calling hours are 4-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at DiCicco and Sons Funeral Home, 5975 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights.
