Vito Simonetta, who last January was named that month’s Franciscan Spirit Award winner, struck gold during The Village at Marymount's Dec. 4 Employee Holiday Party.

“I was lucky,” Simonetta said. “I was just as surprised as everyone else that I selected the right one.”

“Vito thinks out of the box when he does his job,” said Andrea Ward, Director of Nutrition Services. “He thinks like a resident and tries to give them a product that they would want. He is consistently thorough, pays attention to details, and will always do anything extra.”
