“Trick-or-Trot” brought together ghosts, goblins, firefighters and

pilots of all sizes to benefit Kids in Flight and the Kiwanis Club of

Brecksville!  Children enjoyed music, bounce house, face painting, costumes,

crafts, and of course, the trick-or-treating and candy!

Prizes for the funniest and best children’s character costumes were awarded

to age groups; cutest baby, 14 and under, 5-19, and 20- up.

Kids in Flight uses aviation to empower children with serious illnesses

or disabilities, and their families, through flight experiences and

educational programs. Each year, the organization hosts a special day

highlighting the wonder of aviation called Wings of Wonder from Burke

Lakefront Airport. Children, and their families, are invited to enjoy

a day away from it all while taking  part in games, crafts and other activities

including a catered lunch and sightseeing flight over Cleveland.  All of this is

at absolutely no cost to the families and creates memories that will last forever.
