Board of Elections Hiring Poll Workers for March 2012 Election

The March primary election is still a few months away, but the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections is already accepting applications for poll workers.

According to a press release, the board will hire nearly 6,000 poll workers for the March 6 election. Each poll worker will earn $172.10 for his or her day.

Interested individuals can apply over the phone by calling 216-443-3277 or filling out an application online. Poll workers will be required to complete training before heading to work on Election Day.
