Brecksville City Council Appoints New Part-time Firefighters

Brecksville City Council appointed two new part-time firefighters to the department during its meeting Tuesday night. 

A full room of people watched council approve the appointment of Noah B. Coyner to be a part-time firefighter/EMT, and the appointment of Joseph J. Lecznar to be a part-time firefighter/paramedic. Mayor Jerry N. Hruby had both take the oath of office and said he hopes both will make a career out of the .

The council also appointed Stephen Klonowski to be the acting law director for the city. Klonowski will fill the position of Paul Grau, who recently passed away, until a permanent replacement is hired.
