Don’t Forget—Athletic Screenings Offered This Saturday, Monday

Is there a student athlete in your family?

The wants to help families get their health screenings checked off the to-do list early year.

The office for students in and on Saturday and Monday for just $30. The screenings will be good for the 2012-2013 school year.

According to a press release from the Akron Children’s Hospital, walk-ins will be accepted, but registration is preferred. Families can register by calling 440-526-4543, or they can register online. There is also an Ohio High School Athletic Association form on the website that participants can fill out in advance.

The screenings will take place from 8:30 a.m. until noon on Saturday and from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday.
