Early Closings, Restricted Parking to Know About Before Saturday’s Parade

Even if you aren’t planning to stop by the on Saturday, you might want to keep it in mind.

The parade begins at – portions of Brecksville Road and state Route 82 will be during the estimated two-hour parade, but that’s not all. There are also a few organizations and businesses near the parade route that will be closing early or blocking off their parking lot during that time. 

Here are some things you should know before Saturday:

• The  will close at 1 p.m. for the parade.
• will be closing up at 12:30 p.m.
• The will be open regular hours, but the entrance and exit will be blocked off during the parade and about a half hour before it, said Kelly McNeill, assistant to the director and special events coordinator. That means that if anyone’s in the Community Center when the parade starts, they won’t be able to drive their car home until it’s done.
