Into the Light Walk Goals:
To shine the light on depression and suicide prevention.
To provide an opportunity for survivors of suicide to experience healing in a safe, anonymous way.
To raise funds to support SPEA's proven prevention education program, Recognizing Teen Depression and Preventing Suicide.

The event is a RAIN or SHINE EVENT. The walk distance is 1.5 miles. The event is more of an evening stroll. It is not an athletic event.  A light snack, glow necklace, program and the Walk itself are included in the $20 Walk registration fee. Donations may be made in any amount. Earn a free lifesaver T-shirt by personally raising $100 or more.  T-shirts will be distributed at the Zoo on October 6 to those who qualify.

SPEA's Walk is the only suicide prevention Walk that funds services in Northeast Ohio. All funds remain in Northeast Ohio.
