The menu includes omelettes or eggs Benedict to order; egg strata with artichokes, spinach and roasted red peppers; honey-glazed loin, pasta salads, french toast, potatoes O’Brien, fresh fruit, bagels with cream cheese, toast with preserves and compound butters, salad bar, pastries; sausage, gravy and biscuits, and chicken marsala.
