
Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning exercises used to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body. Workout is geared for beginner/intermediate levels in a group setting with exercise modifications provided. Class is not recommended for pregnant women. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.
