Improve your flexibility, posture and well-being using specific mat exercises and focused breathing patterns. Exercise bands, balls, and weights are used to enhance your workout. Workout is geared for intermediate levels with Pilates experience. Class is not recommended for pregnant women. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel, and water bottle. Exercise bands and balls provided. Bring 3 lbs. or less hand weights when needed.
