
Get toned and flexible in this invigorating class. Your instructor will lead you through a series of toning exercises using weights and fitness tubes. You will wrap up with a nice series of stretches. Higher repetitions with lower weights tone muscles, and toned muscles burn more calories. A good series of stretches keeps the body flexible. Please bring hand weights, a fitness tube and mat to class. If you’ve not worked with weights before, we suggest that you begin with 3 lb. weights.
