Mystery Author Louise Penny to Visit Brecksville in September

The Brecksville branch of the Cuyahoga County Library will be hosting the event at the Community Center.

It’s still a few weeks away, but seats for the Louise Penny visit are filling up fast.Β 

Penny, an award-winning mystery author, will be speaking at the Brecksville Community Center on Sept. 9. The event is through the , but they needed a bigger venue.Β Β 

In fact, Annette Jones, the head of adult services at the branch, said there are already more people signed up for the event than would have fit at the library. As of Thursday, there were about 140 people registered; the maximum at the branch would have been 125 guests. Jones said the Community Center can hold a little more than 200 people, so there are still some open spots for mystery fans.Β Β
