The “grand opening” might not be until November, but opened its doors to customers as of 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
“We’re really excited to be a part of the community,” said assistant general manager Robin Schulze.
The restaurant, which was , is starting with a soft opening, and some details—like the exact date of the grand opening—are being kept quiet for now.
Schulze said the steak, seafood and raw bar restaurant will be serving a variety of wines and cocktails, and all the food will be made in house. Customers who want to try the raw bar will have to wait a little while still. Schulze said they expect to have that in during the next few days. Typically, that will be available as a special weekend feature.
And in the future, the restaurant plans to offer brunch on Sunday mornings.

- Monday – Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Thursday – Saturday: 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (The restaurant will begin opening at 8 a.m. on Sundays once brunch is available.)
