Woman Sentenced to Three Years in Prison in Pepper Spray Case

Laura Molnar of Brecksville was sentenced to three years in prison earlier this morning. 

Molnar, 22, was . According to information from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Molnar also burned a child with a cigarette earlier that month. She faced up to eight years in prison.

Maria Russo, public information officer for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, said Molnar would be sent to the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville for her three-year term. There were no fines. The sentencing judge was Timothy McCormick.
