• Celina councilor arrested for OVI (dailystandard.com) — A Celina City Council member representing Ward 1 was arrested on suspicion of OVI after leaving Northmoor Golf Course and is due in Celina Municipal Court on Oct. 5. Police say he showed signs of impairment, refused a breath test, and was cited for OVI and failure to maintain lanes, raising questions about accountability for local elected officials.
• Parker Wynk Update – 9-30-26 (statelinesportsnetwork.net) — Celina readers following Parker Wynk's recovery will be encouraged by his latest progress, including walking 20 feet without assistance and a hopeful target to come home by October 8. • Volleyball Recap: Coldwater Beats Celina for Their 13th Straight Win (maxpreps.com) — Celina volleyball fans saw a tough night as the Bulldogs fell 3-0 to a surging Coldwater squad, which extended its winning streak to 13 matches. Celina, now 3-12, looks to rebound at home against Elida on Thursday evening, giving local supporters another chance to back the team on its home court.
