  1. One woman is in critical condition following a shooting in the West End on Saturday morning. Officers located the victim with a gunshot wound at the Gateway Plaza apartment complex on 9th Street and transported her to UC Medical Center for emergency care. Police said the shooting may be an accidental shooting, but the incident remains under investigation. (WCPO)
  2. A cultural center in Pleasant Ridge hosted a party to celebrate the beginning of Kwanzaa on Sunday. The Bi-Okoto Cultural Center on Montgomery Road offered food, dancing, and other activities during the event to kick off the seven-day holiday. Kwanzaa aims to help create a connection with African-American heritage through community and culture. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
  3. Police are investigating after an East Walnut Hills pet supply store was broken into on Saturday morning. The thieves made off with the store's register and donation jar, which the store's owner estimated was worth about $2,000. A cat inside the store also escaped through a window during the break-in but was found and safely returned by a neighbor. (WCPO)
