Food distributor plans $30M Cincinnati facility, dozens of jobs at ex-office site (local12.com) β€” A new $30 million cold storage facility is planned for a vacant Port-owned site in Cincinnati's Winton Hills, bringing 40 new jobs and helping retain 100 existing positions. Atlanta-based RLCold will build the project, which will be leased to Chefs' Warehouse, using Port-issued lease revenue bonds to lower construction costs and keep the investment local.
