Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati:
- A Cincinnati police officer shot and killed an unleashed dog at Bockfest in Over-the-Rhine. The unleashed dog was attacking a leashed dog near the corner of McMicken Avenue and Dunlap Street while the owner of the leashed dog attempted to separate the two. An officer shot the unleashed dog twice and the Cincinnati Police Department has determined that the officer was justified in discharging his firearm. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- The Cincinnati Police Department has arrested Marc Christian Henderson in connection to two separate fatal shootings on Sunday. The 23-year-old has been accused of murdering Richard Kelsay, 27, and David Francy, 47. Kelsay was killed in Green Township and Francy in the 4200 block of Georgia Avenue. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- The 2022 Cincinnati's Favorite Beer Championship bracket has been announced. The field of 32 different beers voting will end on Mar. 8 with the Sweet 16 round starting on Mar. 10. Wiedemann Bohemian Special Brew won the tournament last year and will start the bracket against Man on the Moo Milk Stout from Darkness Brewing. (The Cincinnati Enquirer)
